Dallas Regional Headquarters Acknowledged for Design and Innovation

CoreNet Global, the premier association for corporate real estate with more than 10,000 members around the world, nominated Atos and its North American Regional Headquarters in Irving, Texas for multiple Black, White and Blue awards of excellence. The award nominations were in the categories of Workplace Strategy Interiors and Collaborative Excellence within the North Texas region.

The Workplace Strategy Award recognizes innovation and purposeful design that significantly enhanced the company’s ability to meet its core business goals. The North American Regional Headquarter is a Smart Built Campus and was developed to be flexible. Departments are assigned a “neighborhood” which makes it easy for colleagues to find each other. Employees can move between different areas and be able to work thanks to 100% WiFi coverage. A key element of the new design is a repetition of small open spaces aimed to become collaborative spaces where people can gather having a common goal in sharing and collaborating.

“Connecting our employees and providing an environment that enables innovation, learning and interaction was key to designing the regional headquarters,” said David (Benni) Bueckert, Senior Director, Head of Real Estate, Atos NAO . “The focus was on creating a purpose-built environment with cutting-edge technology to enable collaboration and cross-fertilization of ideas between teams.”

The Collaborative Excellence award recognizes collaboration between corporate real estate and industry service providers who partner in the delivery of a remarkable project. Atos partnered with a global architecture, design, and planning firm, to help create the 100,000SF facility, that houses up to 600 employees.
