Atos North America Diversity Program Earns 2018 Brandon Hall Bronze Award

The Brandon Hall Group awarded Atos’ North America Operations (NAO) Diversity Program with the 2018 Bronze Award for Excellence in Workforce Management, an international acknowledgement that highlights Best in Class Diversity and Inclusion Programs.

Throughout 2017, Atos NAO has implemented several programs and initiatives to showcase how diversity and inclusion are important to the Atos culture and are what we stand for. These programs aim to increase awareness and focus in four diversity pillars: Gender, Generations, Culture and Accessibility. Atos 2017 programs include:

  • International Women’s Day
  • Reverse Mentoring
  • WellBeing@Work Week
  • Girls Who Code
  • Global Accessibility Awareness Conferences
  • National Military Appreciate Card Campaign
  • Atos Pride webinars
  • Toastmasters program
  • Unconscious Bias webinar
  • Women in Technology webinar

“Atos is committed to celebrating inclusivity and diversity for our employees, and we aspire to provide equal opportunities for all on a daily basis,” said Denise Reed Lamoreux, Global Chief Diversity Officer, Atos North America Operations. “We believe fostering diversity and inclusion is important for people and business. When values and culture are a priority, people can thrive in their atmosphere and achieve new heights.”

Brandon Hall award entries are rigorously judged by an international panel of independent industry experts and Brandon Hall Group senior analysts and executive leadership. The criteria for judging is based on: fitting needs, program design, functionality, innovation and overall measurable benefits.

Atos will be honored for this achievement with a formal dinner and gala celebration at the HCM Excellence Conference in Palm Beach, Florida, on Jan. 23-25 of next year.
