Digital Marketing Intern
This is a unique chance to develop your career and join our Northern Europe (NE) Field Marketing team, where our business is growing in the UK and Ireland, Benelux, Nordics, Russia and Poland.
As a Junior Digital Marketer, you will be involved in creating and running marketing campaigns including social media, email marketing, creating landing pages and writing content.
Through effective digital marketing and communications, you will play a significant role in the success of our growth ambition with a firm focus on growing Atos’ brand awareness locally across our 12 NE countries. You will also work with our main industries covering Public Sector and Defense, Manufacturing, Healthcare and Life Sciences, Energy and Utilities, Retail, Transport and Logistics, Financial Services and Insurance, and Telco, Media and Technology.
Reporting to the Head of Field Marketing for NE, you will be a team member of a dynamic, NE marcoms team with colleagues located across 12 countries, supporting them with their digital marketing plans across NE. With our new ways of working in a COVID-19 world your location will be a blend of flexible working from home and at your nearest Atos NE office location.
Key responsibilities include:
Marketing Campaign Management: Understanding of campaign life cycle, assisting in developing marketing strategies alongside our MarComs Managers.
Analytics: Using monitoring tools and to analyse website traffic and make recommendations to optimise the pages via a regular reporting to the team. Update the monthly social media dashboard for reporting to leadership team and stakeholders.
Email Marketing: Creating and building emails for email marketing campaigns.
Content Writing: Writing content for the company blog, website and social media channels.
Website Management: Building webpages, creating landing pages and generally updating the website pages across our 12 countries (including translation).
Social Media Management: Managing and creating content for social media channels including paid campaigns when required. Ensure global industry and local country social media campaigns are promoted in NE social platforms.
Website enquiries: Managing the UK and Ireland website enquiries mailbox fielding mail to the correct stakeholders within the business.
Video & Podcast marketing: Managing and creating content for social media channels.
Social Media Ambassador Program: Support the development of NE social media ambassadors programme, finding key ambassadors within the business, giving advice on profile and activity posting, and finding new ways to encourage them to share social media posts.
Support MarCom Managers with digital marketing for major bid contract deals.
Review and monitor of CRM tracking & data insight.
Work with the Global Centre of Excellence for Digital Marketing team to ensure best practice is used.
Have a degree or in the process of studying for a qualification in Marketing, Communications or Business Administration or comparable training, and looking for practical digital marketing experience.
Proficiency in English, and also but not essential in another language – Dutch, Polish, Finish, Swedish, Danish or Russian at a high level, both in writing and verbally (and for translations).
