During your internship you will get the opportunity to gain experience within one of our specialist HR teams
3 month placement:
Depending which team you’re in, you can have an impact at every level; from ensuring we have the right people resource, in the right place at the right time, to supporting our bi-annual performance review cycle, or supporting our employee share ownership scheme. You might get involved with helping to spot high performers and supporting their career development, or with supporting the transition of employees from another organisation into Atos.
12 month placement:
Our 12 month placement is specifically within our busy HR recruitment team. You’ll enjoy diverse and interesting work, and can expect to have a real impact. You will have the opportunity to work with experienced members of the HR Recruitment Team on a variety of key activities and projects including the operational management of suppliers, internal recruitment programmes, mid-career and senior hiring, interviewing and supporting our internal Redeployment Programme. You’ll also support our project on the digitalisation of recruitment and get involved with graduate, intern and apprentice recruitment campaigns.
You’ll gain a real insight into how the business works, and how support from our HR team is integral to overall business performance.
You will get the opportunity to experience leading edge HR support across all areas of the business, and enjoy a diverse range of work, with new challenges every day. We will encourage you to contribute your own innovations, adding value to our people strategy. It’s a great opportunity to get an insight into a potential future career in HR.
You will need to be a solid team player and possess strong interpersonal skills with high levels of drive and initiative. Clear communication skills are important, and good organisational skills are a must.
“In just three months I helped organise charity events, created a process map to gamify development plans and created my own diversity survey that was sent out company-wide.”
