What you’ll be doing
We create and manage bespoke, leading-edge technology and infrastructure solutions for some of the biggest names in Manufacturing, Retail & Transportation, Public Sector & Health, Financial Services, Telcos, Media and Utilities. It’s all about sticking to our contractual promises – making this a key area when it comes to our reputation among customers worldwide.
Joining us for a 12 month placement, you’ll be exposed to high-profile clients within any of these sectors and many different areas of the Atos operations business. You’ll help to ensure our service is delivered on time, within budget and to a high level of quality. You’ll also help identify additional revenue earning business opportunities, and support the implementation of new services from the design phase, all the way through to delivery. You’ll have exposure to clients as well as the Atos teams who work behind the scenes to deliver our service package.
Client Services Management is a fantastic grounding for the technology industry, providing the background, skills, experience and capabilities to work in any part of a digital organisation. The opportunity will challenge you and allow you to make a genuine difference to clients’ businesses across all aspects of the supply chain, whilst developing flexible skills and experience for your future career.
You’ll need to be adaptable to react quickly to changing situations and a logical approach to problem solving. Above all, you’ll need excellent communication and relationship building skills, as well as the ability to work to deliver expected and agreed results within given deadlines.
