What you’ll be doing
The opportunities are so wide-ranging it’s impossible to describe a typical day. What we can tell you is that you could be doing anything from supporting technical or business process service delivery for a key client as part of our dedicated teams, conducting market analysis to assist the sales team, applying your imagination to refine our business processes, to getting stuck into more technical operations. You will be learning how we deliver effective business services to a wide range of clients.
We provide solutions to a large number of high-profile clients – from well-known consumer brands to high street banks and our business operations teams make it happen. You’ll be part of a team that’s passionate about supporting our clients in achieving their business goals, by ensuring all of the systems and infrastructure we provide are running smoothly. Using your analytical skills to find the root causes of issues, find a resolution, and predictive analysis to highlight potential future issues, you’ll help ensure an excellent service to the client.
You could be part of the team who focus on the health market, leading improvements in the way care is delivered; giving control to patients and helping them choose how they manage their health.
With exposure to live projects, you’ll have the opportunity to make a positive impact on our clients’ ability to achieve results for their business. You’ll develop your project management, communication and problem-solving skills. By the end of your internship, you’ll have gained a wealth of skills and understanding of how our business operates, which will stand you in good stead for your future career.
You will need to demonstrate effective interpersonal skills as well as the ability to communicate with confidence and clarity. You will take a structured and analytical approach in everything you do. You could be working on more technology focused projects, and while this is not a technical internship, you will develop an understanding of the technology we deliver, to enable you to communicate effectively with both business and technical colleagues and our clients.
