What you’ll be doing
Atos provides highly secure, resilient and compliant IT systems to organisations across the globe, including national infrastructure, mission critical systems, government, defence and security organisations, as well as the Olympic Games.
You’ll help us protect our customers’ data and preserve the security and integrity of their operations. The role will involve keeping abreast of evolving cyber threats and identifying new and sophisticated methods of detecting them across our customer’s IT estates. Working within a diverse and virtual team, you’ll advise on touchpoints across all stages of the infrastructure and service provision lifecycle. This could involve participating in server builds and documentation (operating system drops), software deployments, lab exercises and projects, training and handover exercises and break/fix exercises where possible. Along the way, you will build your expertise in a diverse range of tools and techniques across a hybrid infrastructure – all as you progress towards ISC2 certified practitioner status.

Supported by formal training courses and on-the-job support from leading experts in Cyber Security at Atos, you’ll have the opportunity to work on some of the most high-impact, critical projects you can imagine.
You will need to be able to demonstrate a strong interest in this area with an understanding of its challenges and some of the tools and techniques used; as well as a logical approach to problem identification and resolution. A controlled approach to delivery to project timescales is vital, due to the nature of our work, and you’ll need the ability to work independently using your own initiative, to think creatively and develop innovative ideas that will enhance or improve delivery quality.
