Separation dash

Each year we support graduates across the globe to start their digital journey, we’re with you all the way – nurturing your talent, developing your potential and helping you achieve your ambitions.

IGNITE focuses on both your professional and personal development. The Programme is designed in 3 main phases and is a mixture of formats. These include sandboxes, hackathons, labs, cloud playgrounds, virtual training, project work and one-to-one coaching.

We are also inviting our strategic partners, like AWS, Google and Microsoft, to come in and train you on the products we use daily to deliver the right solutions to our clients.

First, we focus on cloud fundamentals and help you find your way in our organisation. We will also invest in your personal development through business and soft skills training, alongside one-to-one coaching to set you up to thrive both professionally and personally.

Moving into the next phase, you will start to specialise, diving deeper into one of three different areas (as detailed below). Once you reach assessment centre stage you will be asked to confirm your preference based on scheme availability. For business skills, you will focus on teamwork and project management. You will start to work closer with our clients, supporting them in developing and deploying cloud-based solutions to transform their businesses. Plus, we’ll enable you to attain recognised certification.

In the third and last phase of IGNITE, you will select one or more specialisations, further differentiating your knowledge and directly contributing to the technical delivery of our solutions. After successfully finishing this phase, you are ready for the next step and will move into the next customer-centric opportunity within the organisation.
