What you’ll be doing

Throughout our intensive 18-month programme, you will gain everything you need for a fast-moving HR career. We will also support you to achieve valuable CIPD qualifications, which means we will fund your studies, examinations, CIPD membership fees and give you additional study leave.

You’ll take on a series of placements in different HR teams, during which you’ll work on a variety of projects and make a real contribution across the entire business. You’ll have an impact at every level whether it’s ensuring we have the right people in the right place at the right time, managing our bi-annual performance review cycle, or supporting our employee share ownership scheme. You might get involved with helping to spot high performers and supporting their career development, or with advising employees at all levels of key policies, making sure we keep up to date with changes in employment legislation. As a large organisation we are changing and growing all the time, so you could be involved with managing the transition of employees from another organisation into Atos; you could even find yourself helping us recruit the next generation of graduate talent!

Essential skills

You will need to be a solid team player and possess strong interpersonal skills with high levels of energy, drive and initiative. Clear communication will be essential, as well as the ability combine operational hands-on work with strategic projects.
