What you’ll be doing
By developing customer solutions and leading sales activity, you will support the growth of the business – so expect new experiences, opportunities and challenges every day. Alongside coaching from high-performing pre-sales and sales professionals, you will gain exposure to all areas of our organisation and some of our most important customers. Depending on your role, you could find yourself joining our high-performing Sales Academy or benefiting from close personal mentoring from a Senior Sales Executive. We have a wide range of career paths available, so you may become involved in anything from preparing bid submissions, through to identifying leads and closing deals. At the same time, you will broaden your expertise in market analysis, project management and marketing techniques, and will progress into leading high-profile presentations. When you’re ready you’ll move into a client account management role, looking after a selection of dedicated accounts, and have the opportunity to manage internal projects to drive energy and raise sales awareness within other areas of Atos.
We always avoid rigid hierarchies, so you can expect to directly engage with some of our most successful Executives on active campaigns right from the start. This will give you everything you need to solve complex problems, develop clear business propositions and work with a high-performing sales team to close deals.
Clear and concise communications skills are an absolute must, as well as proactivity and tenacity. The ability to work in a team is key, and mobility and agility are needed to work on several projects over multiple geographic locations. You’ll need to demonstrate the ability for customer relationship skills in order to work effectively with internal and external customers
