When you join our Enterprise Operations Centre, you’ll support us in managing our customers ICT services, ensuring we always provide a high-quality, agile and timely service. You’ll monitor systems, to identify and rectify faults, manage customer queries and any technical incidents that may arise. You’ll also work on the implementation of changes and enhancements to existing services. Network Administrator Apprentice
Here, we’ll look to you to support our lead engineers, auditing new networks against templated designs and functionality requirements. You’ll learn how to maintain and support our range of network infrastructures, helping to implement fixes and improvements to ensure our networks work efficiently. It’s a perfect platform to learn a wide variety of IT networking skills across a range of systems and technologies.
Datacentre Support Apprentice, Longbridge
This role offers you the opportunity to work in a technical environment, supporting IT systems for high- profile customers. You’ll develop the technical skills to monitor, operate and support our Data Centre IT systems and infrastructure. This will involve you managing issues through the full lifecycle, from logging and investigating faults, to hands-on work to rectify any issues. You’ll also manage direct requests from customers and support internal projects to undertake enhancements to systems and processes.
Database Administration Apprentice
As a Database Administrator, we’ll look to you to provide day-to-day support for our clients’ managed databases. This will include a wide range of responsibilities, from providing health checks, updates and patches, to analysing and resolving potentially major issues. If you’re a technically minded problem-solver, it’s the perfect environment in which to learn the fundamentals of IT from a respected global IT organisation.
