Datacentre Support Apprentice
This role offers you the opportunity to work in a technical environment, supporting IT systems for high-profile customers. You’ll develop the technical skills to monitor, operate and support our Data Centre IT systems and infrastructure. This will involve you managing issues through the full lifecycle, from logging and investigating faults, to hands-on work to rectify any issues. You’ll also manage direct requests from customers and support internal projects to undertake enhancements to systems and processes.
Network Administrator Apprentice
Here, we’ll look to you to support our lead engineers, auditing new networks against templated designs and functionality requirements. You’ll learn how to maintain and support our range of network infrastructures, helping to implement fixes and improvements to ensure our networks work efficiently. It’s a perfect platform to learn a wide variety of IT networking skills across a range of systems and technologies.
Service Continuity Analyst Apprentice
In this role, you’ll be part of the team that maintains technical procedures which allow the organisation and its customers to respond to disaster situations, ensuring the continuation of critical business functions; and implementing alternative operating strategies if necessary as part of a disaster response. Your communication skills will be as important as your diagnostic skills, working in this multi-disciplined environment across physical, hybrid and cloud systems, refining, evaluating and testing continuity plans.
Server Administration Apprentice
Here, you’ll learn valuable skills while providing day-to-day support for our clients’ servers and operating systems. With support from highly knowledgeable colleagues, you’ll manage complex infrastructures while providing technical support and maintenance. It’s a highly visible role, which will see you troubleshooting, streamlining and improving our capabilities by bringing new ideas to the table, right from the start.
