Assessing your university’s digital maturity
We are offering universities the opportunity to participate in a unique benchmarking activity to assess their individual journeys to digital maturity.
You can use a Digital Maturity Assessment to compare your digital agenda to other universities and to inform key decisions on what needs to change and where your priorities lie.
Four dimensions of a Digital Maturity Assessment
If you are thinking about your digital strategy and transformation roadmap, the Digital Maturity Assessment will help you to understand the gap between where you are and where you need to be, identifying priorities and focus areas.
Once your Digital Maturity Assessment is complete, Atos can work with you on your wider Digital Discovery Engagement. This involves creating journey maps which address identified priorities, and develop a Digital Eco-System. Following this, we can build a roadmap to guide the digital transformation programme that will help you achieve your goals.
Alan Hill, University of Exeter, Chief Information and Digital Officer
‘Faced with an urgent need to transform the IT department to meet the needs of this ambitious and growing University, Atos were able to use their extensive industry experience to speed up this phase of the transformation. Against challenging timelines the output has very much set us up for the next stage, which is to move to a new IT Operating Model.‘
