Increasing speed to market in Banking
For a big global bank, speed was of the essence. They needed to meet their customers’ demands and fend off competition from a new wave of challengers born in the cloud. Modernizing legacy digital and DevOps in Government
Under pressure to innovate and provide better digital services for citizens, a Government department faced a common challenge; they needed to modernize, but so many of their critical services sat on legacy applications. Moving workloads from old legacy platforms to OpenShift

Enabling microservices

From the CCSP Partner Agreement:
End User Agreements. Partner’s use of the Software and Software Subscriptions is subject to the terms and conditions of the CCSP Partner Agreement, including this Appendix and the applicable end user license agreement(s) (“EULA”) which is/are located at EULAs (note that for certain Red Hat Products multiple EULAs will apply). Prior to providing access to the Software Subscriptions to End Users, Partner will require each End User to sign or otherwise assent (in a manner that binds the End User) to the Cloud Services Subscription Agreement set forth at Cloud CSSA .which may be amended from time to time by Red Hat in its sole discretion (“End User Agreement”), as a condition to providing End Users with access to the Software and/or Updates. Any modification or waiver of the End User Agreement requires prior written consent by Red Hat. If Partner becomes aware of any violation of the End User Agreement, Partner will notify Red Hat immediately and will reasonably assist in its efforts to enforce the terms of the End User Agreement. If Red Hat determines that an End User has breached the terms of the End User Agreement, it will notify Partner and Partner will assist Red Hat in terminating the End User’s access to the Software, Updates and any associated Services.
