The main objective of the Arrival & Departure application is to plan and co-ordinate the services for the participants and guests (individuals and groups) attending to the event. The objective is to have a common repository of information that is available to other departments (such as transportation, accommodation, protocol and others) with detailed information on schedules and categories of people.

The Arrivals & Departures application is mainly a planning system and is tightly linked to other Departments scheduling and management (specially Accreditation).
