eLearning

Atos has a comprehensive eLearning program that has succeeded in maximizing the accessibility of training for employees, giving everyone the opportunity to excel within our community. Every employee has free access, with no management approval required, to a range of technical and IT courses, as well as business and management skills training. Courses can be taken online or downloaded. Courses are supported by qualified mentors and reference materials available 24/7.

MyLearning portal

The Atos MyLearning portal provides all our Atos employees with direct access to global learning opportunities. Via the user-friendly MyLearning portal, employees have access to a catalogue of training programs, can book a course, request management approval (if required), and create and track their individual development plan. Managers have access to the development plans of their team in order to offer support and advice. The MyLearning portal provides a single way of working across the global Group. A new version of this portal is being introduced in 2017.

Atos University

atos-graduate-careersAtos University, the company’s corporate university, plays a central role in Atos’s global learning & development (L&D) efforts. It offers a number of global training academies that deliver programs targeting specific communities within the Organization. It also offers many more training programs on specific skills and competencies, as well as a comprehensive elearning portfolio of offerings on specific topics that employees can access at any time..
The Academies covering topics such as Architect, Contract Management, Human Resources, Leadership, Project Management, Procurement, Sales & more to come and programs like Divisions Certification, Transversal and MyInduction Programs– support strategic initiatives in each area and underpin the company’s business strategy. They also exist to ensure the same standard of training, based on the same content and processes, across the entire Group for each function to which they are dedicated. The academies provide a clear link between organizational roles and help create related career paths for each specific community. Atos University is continually expanding its portfolio of strategic training programs to remain in step with the business and anticipate future needs. A major investment is being made, starting in 2017 to create a University Campus, based in India to expand the range and scope of training offerings to be delivered in a world-class environment and which will be underpinned by academic rigour.

As technology advances rapidly, and our clients demand more specialized skill-sets, Atos has made a significant commitment to ensuring our employees keep pace and maintain their employability. To this end, the primary focuses of training spend will be directed at helping our staff to deliver against 4 strategic pillars: Sap Hana, Digital Workplace, and Cloud & Atos Codex). Our investment in such technical certifications will be closely monitored and we fully expect this to result in a strengthening of our Tier 1 position.

WellBeing@Work

Started in 2010, Wellbeing@Work is Atos’ key Group transformation program for the continuous improvement of our way of working all together, covering integration, communication, collaboration, digital support, development, engagement including social responsibility and ultimately employee satisfaction which leads also to better customer satisfaction.
